Bruno inquiète les vieux professeurs de musique avec sa sono démesurée. Doris, qui arrive à peine à maîtriser son trac, pousse néanmoins la chansonnette devant sa mère émue. Il y a aussi Ralph, qui fait le clown, et Leroy, le danseur provocant. Toute cette fantaisie, les étudiants vont apprendre à l'exploiter pendant trois années de durs efforts. Tout n'est pas rose.
